Return Policy

You may have purchased a set, and you changed your mind. Or perhaps you received a gift and want to exchange it. We want you to be happy with your seforim, so we accept returns within 30 days of the order. You pay for shipping the item back.

How do I initiate a return?

There is no integrated return system. To request a return, email us. We will calculate your best shipping rate, email you a shipping label, and refund your payment.

What if a sefer is damaged?

Mistakes can happen. You may have received a sefer that is damages, or you may have noticed a missing volume. We take responsibility. You will receive a replacement for the damaged volume/s. Just email us and describe the issue. We will send you a shipping label (free of charge). After you ship back the damaged volume, we ship the replacement.
